Nice frames, slow support
I got the Hampton eyeglasses with prescription lenses. The quality of the frames is really good, very comfortable for daily wear. The lenses also seem well-made, no issues with clarity. However, I had a question about my order status and it took their customer service a couple of days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Shipping was free and took a reasonable amount of time, about a week to the East Coast. Overall, I'm happy with the product itself, but there's room for improvement in their response time for inquiries.
